Tramon Williams has had a busy first six weeks or so of the NFL offseason. The Packers’ free-agent cornerback has been in full dad mode, shuttling son Tramon Jr. and daughter Trinity to school and sports – basketball games, track practice – while also finding time to go on his annual couples vacation with wife Shantrell and former teammates James Jones, Nick Collins and Morgan Burnett and their wives.

What Williams insists he hasn’t done, however, is contemplating whether he will commit to playing a 14th NFL season in 2020 – or worry about whether the Packers want to bring him back.

“I tell you what I am committed to: I’m committed to spending time with my kids right now,” Williams said with a hearty laugh. “When football season is over for me, I’m into my kids’ life. That’s the priority. You can’t spend enough time with your kids, especially when you play the game that we play. You try to get as much time as you can in at this time of their lives.
